Recognised worldwide for quality and longevity, and the range Riddle & Coghill Interiors are best known for. Every Schüller kitchen is made to order in Germany, specified around the room rather than fitted into it afterwards. Schüller sell through a controlled dealer network — retailers are appointed, not signed up — and Riddle & Coghill Interiors are one of the largest Schüller retailers in the UK, with the showroom presence, designer training and order volume that appointment depends on. On display at the Leith showroom.

A next125 kitchen, on display at Riddle & Coghill Interiors' Edinburgh showrooms

Award-winning design at the highest standard, built on a genuine environmental record — recyclable materials, and manufacturing invested in being efficient and environmentally sound rather than simply compliant. Where Schüller carries the company's longest history, next125 is the newer, more architectural line: sharper handleless profiles and a cooler material palette, made to order to the same standard rather than adapted from stock.

A Caledonia Kitchens island in in-frame oak with a pale painted run behind, glass-fronted wall cabinets and a range cooker

The Scottish one, and the only range of the three not made in Germany. Ashley Ann's premium line, hand-built in the north of Scotland since 1986 — one kitchen at a time rather than off a production line. Dovetailed drawers, walnut and oak veneers, 47 standard paint colours and tints in matte, gloss or satin with colour matching beyond that, and door styles running from Shaker and in-frame through fluted, raised panel, flat panel and handleless. Where Schüller and next125 are bought in, Caledonia is the one range the studio can shape from the ground up.

Specified as part of the design, not chosen after. We are accredited installers for both Miele and Siemens, so specification, fitting and warranty stay with one team.
